Moving

and I realized

that I have lost nothing

only gained

strength and power in myself

to love myself, respect myself.

The will to walk away

because every time is practice

leaving behind

what no longer serves me.

And there is just space

wide, open space

peaceful, rolling waves

bringing new and clearing old

and I am infinite.

I am a part and a whole.
